Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They keep messaging you on WhatsApp or Instagram exactly as they do now. SalesHelpa works on your side only — your customers never know it is there.
Will I lose my WhatsApp chat history?
Your existing chats stay on your phone. SalesHelpa starts recording from the day you connect, so you build up history from that point forward.
What happens when I go over my plan's order limit?
You are told before you hit it, and again when you reach it. Nothing is deleted and no order is lost — you upgrade when it suits you.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes. You connect the number your customers already message. Note that a number moved onto the WhatsApp API can no longer be used inside the WhatsApp Business app, which is exactly why SalesHelpa has a full inbox built in.
How does the money reach me?
Straight into your own bank account. You add your bank details once and Paystack settles every sale directly to you — SalesHelpa never holds your money and never takes a cut. You pay a flat monthly subscription and nothing else.
Do I need a Paystack account?
No. You need a bank account. Add your bank name and account number in Settings, we check the name with Paystack, and payment links start working. There is nothing to sign up for.
Is my data mixed with other businesses?
No. Every query is scoped to your business, platform tokens are encrypted before they are stored, and every payment webhook is signature-verified before it is trusted.
What if I already keep my products in a spreadsheet?
Import it. Download the template below, paste your list in, and upload it — name and price are the only columns you must have.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. There is no contract and no exit fee, and you can export your products and orders as CSV whenever you like.
