Questions merchants ask
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Every new account gets 14 days free on Starter. You only pay when you choose a plan.
- What happens if I go over my order limit?
- On Starter, new automatic orders pause once you hit 200 in a month and we prompt you to upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and orders already recorded stay exactly as they are.
- How does the money reach me?
- Straight into your own bank account. Add your bank details once and Paystack settles every sale directly to you. You do not need a Paystack account of your own.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
